Settling for fewer than 7 hours might not be enough, according to many experts, and if you regularly expose your body to very little sleep, you can feel all the worse for it. Making sleeping a priority will help you to focus more in your day to day life and dedicate more time and energy doing the things that you love. There’s nothing wrong with getting a little rest.

Feeling bad about yourself? Try stepping into someone else’s shoes for a while. When we feel unhappy about the things in our life, reaching out to those in need is a great way of doing a little good in the community and subsequently boosting our feel good factor.
